At IBAWAL, we are not able to neither amend nor combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, design, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.
Computation rounding shown in invoice (if any) is a decimal representation due to multiple rounding mechanisms.
We post all orders made before 1pm, Monday to Friday on the same day via Citylink or Amber Air Freight. Citylink and Amber Air Freight make deliveries Monday to Saturday, excluding local public holidays (Malaysia).
Once the Dispatch Confirmation or Tax Invoice is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Goods sold and delivered to overseas (out of Malaysia) are zero-rated with GST at 0%.
All payments have to be made by means specified by IBAWAL. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Our sales term is cash on delivery (COD) and that all items purchased are unreturnable or irreplaceable unless faulty. All returns must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only.
All returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM. However, stocks will be on availability basis and if not for the same product code, item to be exchanged will be according to the same product series and price.
All items returned (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms (1. & 2.) will not be accepted.
Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. IBAWAL portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
All items are not ironed before posted to customers. Creases on clothing are not deemed as faulty items.
All returns will be processed by the Production Department, up to 5 working days from the date we receive the parcel.
IBAWAL is not liable for IBAWAL items purchased from parties other than our appointed stockists and agents.
All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent.
All of IBAWAL scarves are machine washable unless as stated in the product label, if any.
